The breakfast and dinner included in my package were good, offering a variety of tasty options. the convenience of being situated opposite the cafe on level 6 enhanced my overall experience, making it easy to grab a quick snack or drink.
The room's proximity to the chambermaid room was slightly inconvenient.

Had good sleep at the family room with beautiful view. All of the staff was courteous and pleasant. It had marvellous and unbeatable location, just off the nature reserve, and the 50's cafe and the 50's viewing deck: )

My room included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV. There was a hot tub, a plus for me. The hotel's location was wonderful, just next door to sacred tree and the various attraction and Alisan nature reserve. Highly courteous and excellent staff who were always there to help.
Breakfast was poor, can be better.

I stayed for a night to explore the stunning forest and catch the sunrise, and I was impressed. The hotel boasts spacious rooms with amazing views, and the staff, especially Hulk, were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle service made it easy to get around, and I enjoyed the rooftop terrace for sunset views. Breakfast and dinner offered a decent variety, catering well to different tastes.
I can recommend this hotel.

Parking was an absolute nightmare. You can't even drive past the gate, and good luck finding a spot at the visitor center. Dragging your bags to the shuttle with no help made it all so frustrating.

Nestled within the amazing national park, the atmosphere was perfect for my family. We loved the historical building with its cozy, atmospheric room and enjoyed the beautiful gardens. The variety at the dinner and breakfast buffets was impressive, and the friendly staff went above and beyond, even helping us with sunrise train tickets. Stargazing on the rooftop made for lovely bonding moments!

Enjoyed a peaceful stay surrounded by nature. The cozy dining area offered good sandwiches and coffee. Cleanliness in the room needs attention. For an uplifting experience, explore the nearby tea house.

The room amenities were excellent, and the buffet food quality was impressively good, especially the miso soup. Staff provided excellent service, from assisting with dinner options to preparing vegetarian meals. Communication could be a bit challenging as we primarily spoke English, and the reception sometimes defaulted to Mandarin. The scenic access via the nearby trail was fantastic, yet we experienced slightly crowded areas during peak times.

The buffet meals were a feast! The variety included tasty international selections that kept my palate dancing. Plus, the beautiful setting. The rooms were comfy and had great amenities.
The housekeeping had a few hiccups, like leaving used towels behind and a funky smell lingering in the corridor. Still had a great time!
